Avoid using nail hardeners as far as possible: Nail-hardeners are capable of doing you more harm than good. There has been no clinical study conducted on these products, leaving very little room for science to backup the claims that they make.
Unless you have nails that are exceptionally fragile and weak, it is unlikely that you will experience any benefit from the use of these nail-hardener products. Flexibility is what makes the nails healthy so avoid anything that makes yours more brittle in order to prevent them from breaking.
